Fryar’s Maritime Service
offers a wide-range of courses and instruction for those setting for
a USCG license or Merchant Mariners Document (MMD). These services
includes: 2nd and 3rd Mate, Master/Mate 100 Ton, 200 Ton, 500-1600
Ton, Towing Vessels, Fishing Vessels, OUPV (6-Pack), Able-Bodied
Seaman (AB), Celestial Navigation, Flashing Light, Rules of the
Road, and Limited Master/OUPV for the waters under the jurisdiction
of the MSO Portland, Oregon Zone.
 Helping
applicants prepare for Coast Guard license examinations, Fryar's
Maritime has evolved with the rapidly changing regulatory
environment. As Fryar's Maritime grew to understand how dramatically
training requirements were changing for marine vessel operators, it
expanded its services to include a broad base of Coast Guard
approved license/document training courses and proficiency training.

holds a Master 1600 Ton -Oceans license.
No EXAMS at the USCG REC
Majority of
our courses are USCG Approved to meet the testing requirements in
lieu of examination at the USCG Regional Exam Centers. It is to the
student‘s advantage to submit his/her paperwork to the USCG and get
approved for their license or MMD prior to attending any
courses
